FAQ

How much does shipping cost?
We operate a worldwide, flat-rate shipping. It costs $17 per product.
When can I expect my puzzle to arrive?
We want our customers to receive their new puzzles as quickly as possible while maintaining the high standards of quality. Most of our puzzles are made to order and take 4 to 6 weeks to dispatch. If a puzzle is in stock it will be marked with quantity symbol on its product page.
What is your exchange/return policy?
We offer hassle-free returns and exchange policy within 14 days of delivery.
How are these puzzles made?
Each puzzle is meticulously hand-cut using delicately fine blades, one piece at a time, by a skilled artisan. No computers, no lasers, no high-tech. One saw, one crafter—that’s it. The wooden back is gently sanded and polished by hand to a soft gleam. Only those puzzles that meet our rigid quality standards actually leave our workshop.
What is customisation / personalisation?

There are two types of personalization: Pieces crafted in (called silhouettes) and hand-written/image personalization

Silhouettes – You can request your choice of names, initials, dates or special shapes. Silhouettes can reflect your hobbies, pets, sports, family members, trips, or special events. This type of personalization is available in Traditional puzzles.

Hand-written personalization – Sometimes simple and imaginative changes can be made to a puzzle image to make it personal. Have family names hand-written on shop signs, flags, or banners. We can even write a short message on some puzzles.

Where are MrGogo puzzles made?
Our puzzles are proudly crafted one-piece-at-a-time in our workshop nestled in the heart of the Rhodope Mountains in Progled, Bulgaria (South-East Europe).

What our customers say

This particular puzzle was on my wish list for a long time. I was so happy to have finally ordered it, received it, and then worked it. 🙂 It is as fun to do as are all of MrGoGo puzzles but this one… with its incredible edges and colors was all the better. Thank you, Mr. GoGo!! 🙂
